GarageBand Techno Genre grayed out

Mac mini M2

macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (22D68)

GarageBand 10.4.5

After setting up GarageBand and I noticed that Techno in the Genre section of Loops is grayed out.

I have reinstalled the Sound Library, Downloaded Essential Sounds and All Available Sounds. Also, Reindex All Loops has been run. I've even deleted GarageBand and reinstalled. After this, the Techno option remains unavailable in the Genre section. Any ideas how to get this to show?

The issue persists.

Hello ml5661,

It looks like you may need to check for available downloads, following Get more sounds and loops for GarageBand on Mac

1. In GarageBand on Mac, choose GarageBand > Sound Library > Download All Available Sounds.
2. In the dialog, click Get.

You may also need to reisntall the Sound Library.

1. In GarageBand on Mac, choose GarageBand > Sound Library > Reinstall Sound Library.
2. In the dialog, click Reinstall.
