Download Roblox on my kids iPad

I'm trying to download Roblox on my kids iPad and I keep hitting get and nothing happens

iPad, iPadOS 16

Check if there are any age restrictions on your kid’s iPad.
remove Roblox from the blocked apps list if it’s there
Try a different Wi-Fi network to download the app
check if the iPad meets the minimum requirements for the app.
