Family Sharing of iCloud Storage.

My spouse has a paid 100gig iCloud plan that is almost full and I have a 2 TB plan and is only 18%. We are connected in the Family sharing, but I can't find a way for us to share the storage. Do we need to downgrade her plan before she can share my 2TB?

Icloud + storage in a family member My brother joined my iCloud family , ihave a 200gb plan and he has 2tb plan . He wanted to share his storage with the family and asked me to cancel my plan . how does it work exactly? can a member pay for family plan by himself or share his original storage plan to the family ?
