Can’t add another child to family sharing
I have 3 children added already trying to add another one and it’s not letting me the little thing to add a person isn’t highlighted it’s gray

We want to make sure you're trying these steps:
"Add a family member with an Apple ID
The organizer of the Family Sharing group can add a family member who has their own Apple ID.
- Go to Settings
> [your name] > Family Sharing, then tap 
in the upper-right corner. - Tap Invite Others, then follow the onscreen instructions.
- You can send the invitation using AirDrop, Messages, or Mail. If you’re near the family member, you can also tap Invite in Person and ask the family member to enter their Apple ID and password on your device."

If these are the steps you're taking, restart your device and try again. Has the Apple ID been used with more than one family within the last year?
