You appear to be asking how to find out how much balance you have in your Apple Account. I do not see that you are asking about how to empty this balance. You can have as much or as little as you wish in your account balance.

If you have an Apple Account balance that you can't use

You can't redeem or return Apple Gift Cards, App Store & iTunes Gift Cards or unused Apple Account balance for cash, except as required by law.
