iPhone Screen is Frozen and waiting gear appears then shut down

I’ve iPhone SE(1th Gen). it’s updated to the last iOS 15.7.3 which is released by apple recently. Screen is frozen every about 10mins then waiting gear appears after that my phone will be shut down.

How can I fix this problem ?

No bad apps.

No previous problems.

Battery is changed recently.
