Apple only provides one Urdu keyboard and I don't think it supports word suggestions.

So, as SravanKrA mentioned, you perhaps had downloaded and installed an extra one from the App Store, which you need to redownload.

Ask apple to add it via

hhttp://www.apple.com/feedback

in the meantime, look in the app store.

Are you referring to third-party keyboards?
