can I listen the music in apple watch through air pod pro if I import the songs from music library without the phone with me?

I begin the run by running music off my watch, which is what I want cause I use Nike Guided Runs. I also use Beats Fit Pro. Anyways, in the middle of the run I pressed once one the headphones to pause the music. A couple of minutes later I restarted from the headphones, but it picked up playing music from my phone! After that point I couldn't figure out how to play music so it was coming from my watch. I played with every setting on the watch music app, but essentially the watch app was just controlling music from my phone (even if I selected a playlist that was 'downloaded'). Any help is appreciated of an easy way to know the music I am playing is coming from the watch and not from the phone. This should be easy but I can't figure it out. Thanks!

Play music stored on my watch in watch os 10 I used to be able to control a playlist directly on the music app on my watch and NOT have it affect the music on my phone. With the recent update to the OS, it seems that I am using the watch as a remote control to the music app on my phone. I don't want this. I have one playlist transferred to my watch that I listen to while running/working out. When I play music from this playlist it also appears on my phone. And when I'm done with my workout and go back to music on my phone, it shows what I was listening to on my watch. I used to be able to listen to and control music stored on my watch, using my watch. And listen to and control music stored on my phone using my phone. How do I get back to that?

How do I transfer ALL music from my iphone to applewatch? I have over 2000 songs on my new iphone that I imported from itunes library on my windows PC. That took a few clicks and went ok, but now I want to transfer ALL that music from my iphone to my apple watch. For that, I see no other options but to use the "apple watch" app on my iphone only allows me to add songs 1 by 1. I am not going to scroll and tap 2000 times to synchronize watch with my phone. Is there any other solution to this?
