How do I find my model # if my phone isn’t set up yet?

If you know the storage capacity of the phone, that would narrow the choices down a bit. Any chance that you still have a sales receipt? The box might have the model number as well.
The phone I’m asking about is an older phone of my wife’s.
I would like to give it to a friend.
No box, it’s been wiped clean.
When I turn it on it wants to start the setup so I can’t get to a screen that gives me the model number.
It does give me the SN if I touch the information button on the bottom right corner.
I would like to order him a new case before I set it up for him and I need the Model number to be sure I get the correct case.
I hope that’s enough information to explain my situation.
