Login item from unidentified developer named "open"

What is the "Login item from unidentified developer" named "open"? Should I be concerned about it?

The macOS Server product has been officially discontinued and should not be used. Old, obsolete apps like that often have invalid signatures.

Poor coding habits are apparently as rampant at Apple as at other companies.

I was going to include a link to the official Apple Support document on macOS Server, but the Apple Support website appears to be broken right now. 😄
