For some reason, my dictation does not work and a small mic with a tiny x comes up. When I try to set up Hey Siri, she also can’t hear me but the microphone works with everything else. I’ve tried apple support but their efforts are in vain. Anyone got a clue ?

Thank you but even if I remove one language from the keyboard it still shows the x. How do I correct it ?
