Your watch uses the correct time. If you're always late, and you'd like the clock face to show a time that's maybe 10 minutes ahead, then you can go to Settings>Clock to set the hands of the clock a little differently. But notifications and alarms and such will still work with the correct time.


Time zones follow the settings on the paired iPhone.
