Can't use custom alarm for iphone sleep health

I created a custom mp3 for my iphone's alarm sound. However, I used the sleep/health mode to set my phone's alarm for the work week.

When setting "Alarm Options" > Sounds & Haptics, there are only the 9 built in sounds and there is no option to add more.

Is this app just that limited? Is there a way to add a custom tone?

No, you can't add a custom tone to "Sleep".

You can let Apple know it's something you'd like to see here:
