How to change the language for the Apple Store?

If I go to Settings > General > Language & Region here I can prioritize my languages, it’s right! But! Please, give clear answer! What should I do, to change language on English in APPLE STORE too!?

I am living in Germany, so my location is Germany, but my phone is on ENGLISH from the beginning, but Apple Store on German! I need my Apple Store on English too!

So I am asking to you please give me exactly right information how to switch it, or it’s impossible in Apple!?
