Ventura Spotlight doesn't show filename for psds or images

I used to use Catalina, using spotlight showed the filename.psd for example type '04' result = "04_filename.psd"

In Ventura typing '04' = "Photos from apps" thumbnails only with no filenames and no filetypes.

This means jpgs and psds are just thumbnails. Is there no way to show filenames or is this now an extra step and inconvenience? I know I can type "04 psd" but this is an extra step.

I have psds and jpgs with the same name, so if I now search for them it's a guessing game which is the right file :(

We’d like your help isolating the issue a bit. Please restart your Mac in safe mode and see if Spotlight provides the file name. Here’s how: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

We want you to be aware that restarting in safe mode may take a bit longer than usual since it prevents some software from loading and does a check of your startup disk. You may also see some graphic anomalies on your screen as well.

Once you’ve determined if the issue continues, restart your Mac normally to exit.

If it didn’t happen while in safe mode, test the issue again after the restart.
