Spotlight, Ventura and Dropbox - Oh my!

New iMac - running Ventura 13.4. Thought Spotlight was not finding most of my files which I keep in DropBox. They are marked "make available offline". Solid Green circle with checkmark, so no reason they should not be found. Now seeing that image files are showing up in Spotlight search as actual images. This threw me off as they always showed up as file names. The problem with them showing ups as images and there is no way to know unless you click them if its JPEG or PSD working file. Question is - is there a way to have images show as a list - file names and not images? Much prefer the file list over images. TIA!
