Photo albums not showing in desktop wallpaper in Ventura

Previously I have had an album in Photos which I set up to rotate to be my desktop wallpaper. Now with Ventura, and the change in the layout of the settings app, I can't choose all of my photo albums to use as a wallpaper, it only presents me with the option of the people albums and my shared albums. I had this same issue with Ventura. I wish it were made more obvious without having to trial and error, but albums containing images with unsupported file formats were similarly not appearing in the options within the drop down menu (Wallpaper > Add Photo Album). I needed to delete some photos in .RAW format, for example, and then the album was selectable/no longer grayed out.

>System Settings>WallPaper

if you scroll to the bottom of the setting do you see add Folder / add Photo album "drop down?"

I initially could access all of my albums from the drop down menu in wallpaper , after I clean my computer with the "Clean my Mac" app I loss my wallpaper albums, however I need to say I have used the Clean my Mac app before and everything was normal. Also My albums that I can no longer access in wallpaper are still in my photo app???? anybody experience this and found a solution???
