Airpod Pro 2nd Gen Rattling

Out of nowhere a few weeks ago my left airpod started making a rattling noise while moving or shaking the airpod. It sounds as if something is loose inside but I’ve never dropped it before. Any fixes?

It doesn't rattle if it's off or if I'm playing music only (even if it's loud). This is extremely annoying. AirPod whistling noise when I move Hiya, so my left air pod has been making whistling noises when I move my head, and i've connected and disconnected, i've tried to see whether it is the noise cancelling vs transparent, but nothing is fixing it. Does someone know what to do please? Or is it something mechanical? Thanks.

Since there is a rattling noise when you shake your AirPod, there could be damage to it. For help with this, you'll want to contact Apple Support to look at service options for your AirPod: Get Support.
