AirPod whistling noise when I move

Hiya, so my left air pod has been making whistling noises when I move my head, and i've connected and disconnected, i've tried to see whether it is the noise cancelling vs transparent, but nothing is fixing it. Does someone know what to do please? Or is it something mechanical? Thanks.
