My right ear bud doesn’t work
I have Apple earbuds. The left bud works but the right isn’t working

You are referring to the wired headphones, correct?
If so: Check the charging port for lint or other debris (use a bright light and a toothpick) and see this:
If your headphones don‘t work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If no help, try this:
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual and scroll down to “Balance L vs R” (Adjust the audio volume balance) and make changes.
Still no help, try another pair. They are available almost everywhere at a reasonable cost.
