I have the Logitech mx keys advance keyboard. Just got Mac mini m2 pro. Keyboard don’t work as Mac don’t see it during Mac setup. Even connected usb. So I got rid of keyboard. Bought Apple full size white keyboard but no backlight. So what keyboards have full mac support and backlight ? I need to be able to use the keyboard to factory reset the Mac. It can’t work only after the Mac is set up.

never had any problems getting any keyboard to work on the macs I've had, never used the keyboard that came with it, been mostly using various logitech and microsoft keyboards, currently I use Logitech ERGO K860 it's is not backlit but works fine, maybe you can get your current keyboard to work
Oh course most all keyboards work after the Mac is already set up.
but I’ve read the Logitech mx keys don’t work with new Mac mini. Not for all. There’s tons of reports online in Reddit etc. I broke mine. So it’s trash. I need to return the Apple one for a backlit one. But I need to know first how they’ll work if I try to reset the Mac. Go into recovery etc. that’s my issue. :(.

FWIW, it's always a good idea to keep a cheap wired keyboard around since you never know when a keyboard decides to go south and it will usually happen at the worst possible time.
Makes sense. Except I don’t know about those. I go to bb for my stuff. I have to look I guess. But I still need a backlit wireless one too.
