I try to reinstall Mac OS El Capitan on my Mac Pro 5.1 but it failed and show me a screen with a barred round.

can you help me ?

What has recently changed on your Mac? Did you install any new software recently? Knowing the exact model and version of macOS may also be important (click the Apple menu and select "About This Mac").


Do you have a compatible version of macOS on this Mac, or did you use a hack to install a later unsupported version of macOS on your Mac?


Can you post a picture of the screen with this message? It may help us better understand.


What part of the boot process do these messages appear? Prior to login or only after login? Is Filevault enabled?


Try booting into Safe Mode to see if you have the same issue.


Did you install any software called Bootkicker software on your system?
