Audio is stuttered and rapidly skipping

The HDMI device is receiving audio, but the audio is stuttered and rapidly skipping.

I have tried multiple HDMI cables and found no improvement.

I haven't yet tested with a different device.

This HDMI device works absolutely fine with my 2012 MacBook Pro.

My current OS is Ventura 13.2.

I have the same problem now with my brand new MacBook Pro 14 M2 Max Chip with HDMI and USB C Ports connected to Samsung Monitor every time I switch the sound to the Monitor, it's happens, after reload it works again fine, but after sleep and wake the laptop it get again, for now I use only the HDMI Cable on the HDMI Port directly, but the Bug still there.

what I changed was last time, to get my laptop faster in hibernatemode to save more battery (

$ sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 25
$ sudo pmset -a standby 1
$ sudo pmset -a standbydelaylow 300
$ sudo pmset -a standbydelayhigh 300

)

but I think this dosn't make the bug, this happens only on my Monitor sound selected, all other devices work's very well.

any fix or idea?
