WiFi calling

Can anyone help with why WiFi calling has stopped working after my phone upgraded to ios 15.7.3? No cell coverage here so now I have no phone!

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 15

Wifi calling and cell coverage is a service of your carrier, contact them for help.

You may need to update your carrier settings.

Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
