Is there a way to block numbers by rule of SIM?

Let me explain. I use my phone for both private and work, having two different SIM/eSIM solutions. I get lots of calls each day and although most of them are to my business phone, I still get plenty of spam and crap on my private number.

Is there a way to block "unknown callers" from one of the SIMs, and still get unknown callers going thru with my business number?

Hope that made sense.
