My own 2021 M1 MacBook Pro has no such issue. I've run diagnostics, reinstalled twice, various Safe Mode, Disk First Aid, etc., and the resulting reference code is: ADP000, showing no problems. I suspect it's a software issue. I've seen previous posts about this but not many.
