Delete trusted root certificate on my iPhone 11 that is not on the trusted list.

I read all about how to delete a trusted root certificate but I don’t have the ability to do that on my iPhone 11. What does this mean? I cannot find out what company this belongs to or any other info bc my ability has been disabled.
