Payment for goods

Hello, I made a payment in the game, but did not receive it, as well as a payment receipt, although the money was written off, what should I do? I clicked to pay and gave an error. Then the money was written off, but after a while it was returned. I tried it 2 times, gave an error, wrote off the money, but did not return it.

Your payment method was declined I made a purchase in the game, there was a sufficient amount on the card for this purchase. The purchase was successful. But after 3 days, I go to the App Store and the purchase history, I see that the amount of my purchase in the game is owed. That is, the purchase was successful but no money was withdrawn from the card. In the payment methods, "failed" is displayed next to my card number. I clicked into my card in the payment methods and tried to verify and edit the payment information but still it writes your payment method was declined.

Purchase Doesn’t Have A Receipt I bought an in game purchase with a card, but when I went to my settings it said card had failed. And when I went to report a problem to see my purchases the purchase doesn’t have a receipt, but I don’t want a refund. I’m wondering if that means that the card didn’t work for the purchase because of a purchase problem occurs for the game it will terminate my account.
