Purchase Doesn’t Have A Receipt

I bought an in game purchase with a card, but when I went to my settings it said card had failed. And when I went to report a problem to see my purchases the purchase doesn’t have a receipt, but I don’t want a refund.

I’m wondering if that means that the card didn’t work for the purchase because of a purchase problem occurs for the game it will terminate my account.
