Finding my mail password
I seem to have forgot my email password and i cant send or retrieve my mail

Unless you have stored the Mail password in your keychain (Settings > Passwords), you’ll not be able to recover your email account password from your iPad. If forgotten, you’ll need to seek assistance with password reset from your email provider. You’ll likely find that your provider has a webpage from which you can initiate a password reset.
