My phone says my account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. What should I do?

How do I enable my account that says my ITunes and App Store are disabled

You must contact Apple support as indicated in this link…


If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support


You can’t fix this any other way.
