Static noise while recording video on native camera app

Recently purchased a 13 Pro Max 1tb version. So I immediately updated it to the latest iOS which is 16.3. As I’m recording videos with the back and front cameras using the native camera app I’m getting a static noise and the actual audio is muffled. For the back camera I turned off record in stereo and it fixed the static noise for the back camera and it was recording normally again but the problem still persists with the front camera during recording. However though, I’ve tried alternative camera apps from the app store and even used Snapchat and Facebook and instagram and there no was static sound whatsoever. It only happens with the camera app built into the phone. I hope someone can shed some light and even possibly some help on the issue I’m having.
