After upgrading my MacBook Air M2 yesterday to Ventura 13.2, my fingerprint reader is sometime very very slow to react or don't work. Had restart, did delete the finger prints, took my a long time to reset up. Still sticky, Any solution to fix?

I had this same issue. To resolve it, I removed the existing Touch ID's and created new ones. Then they worked just fine.
System Settings | Touch ID & Password | Click on 'x' in upper left corner of the fingerprint icons. Then click
'Add Fingerprint'
