Mac computer advice Need help

Since I have not checked the list of available of refurbished Macs I can't answer your question. Why not check and see what's available? As I understand it Apple's refurbished Macs are certified and most likely also have a warranty. If nothing is available which meets your needs you have two options (1) wait a while to see if something suitable becomes available and (2) look at purchasing new equipment and use financing.

The M2 is too new, to be at Refurbished Store just yet.

Right now I only see a couple of the more expensive 2018 models, but did see some M1 models last week. You need to keep checking the refurbished store like everyday or so, because the Mac mini's come and go pretty fast.

You might look into buying used reconditioned Macs from Apple. That is a good way to save money. If you purchase a Mac from a private party, be sure that they also provide you with the Macs password or you won't be able to use it.
