I can't find my virtual camera in FaceTime

According to the FineCam website, their software works on macOS or Windows PCs. You can read more about this on the FineCam site here: FineCam System Requirements - FineShare

It also looks like the app allows you to utilize your iPhone camera as a webcam for use with macOS or Windows PC.
