apple watch not tracking sleep

Helo everyone,

my Apple watches stopped tracking sleep these last days, even when nothing changed (everything worked perfectly before). The battery was around 50%, sleep mode was active, sleep schedule set up, iphone was connected and the software is updated.

Please can you advice how I can solve this, or if you have some similar experience?

Thank you!

Hi Pilerman,

I think I have figure it out. I tracked what is happening when the Watches are not tracking sleep and it is in cases when the battery is low when the sleep schedule starts. It does not matter if i charge it before sleep - if the schedule already started it won´t track. This will be maybe useful for future for you. Have a nice day!

I'm at a loss for reasons as to why it would have quit working despite, "even when nothing changed".

I have to start somewhere and so I'm curious... Can you find "Sleep" among your watch apps?

If you have to look for icons, it's going to be a blueish (or turquoise) colored background with a bed.

If you have your watch set to list view, scroll down to S and look for Sleep.

You can also use the Watch app of your phone. Open the app and then scroll down to S and look for Sleep.

Let me know.
