App Store unblock

I was wondering how I can enable my Itunes account again . when I try to download apps on my phone I get a message saying "your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" how can I fix that ?

You can't do that yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
