home alert

my phone is new i just got it two days ago and it showed me today this home alert would like to send you critical alert, allow or don't allow, but there is no any response to whatever i chose, it's making me crazy im not expecting these things from apple.

what should i do ?

Go to -> Settings -> Notifications -> scroll to Home -> turn Off the options: Allow notifications & Critical notifications.
