My itunes balance disappeared

I did a reset on my computer, reinstalled all my software along with Itunes, but when I look at the balance it is gone.

I have looked for solutions in Apple but Apple does not give a specific solution, there is no link where you can make a claim.

I want someone from Apple to tell me what link to use to make a claim that my balance is missing.

Also, I have seen that I am not the only one, and what I have seen is that the money disappears for many users, if it were a system error then both the balance would disappear or duplicate it, but no, it always disappears, someone must have a business inside Apple.

Hello Airthor,

We can provide some guidance. You'll want to start with these suggestions:

If your Apple Account balance seems incorrect
- If you think that your Apple Account balance is incorrect, sign out of the App Store or iTunes Store. Then sign in and check the balance again.
- If you still think that the balance is incorrect, check your purchase history to see whether you bought an item or a subscription renewed.

You'll find this information here: Check your Apple Account balance - Apple Support

If you still need more help, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support directly. They're best-equipped to take a closer look at your account and provide some additional guidance. This link will help you get started: Contact - How to Contact Us - Apple

Take care.

Hello Airthor,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities!

The best option we have for what you're wanting is to view your purchase history. See this for the full details:

"How to see your purchase history

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
  3. A list of your recent purchases appears. If you’re not sure what you were charged for but you know the amount of the charge, search for the amount. If you're looking for information about older purchases, find your purchase history in Settings or Account Settings on your device.

Learn what to do if you can't find the item that you’re looking for or if you find unexpected charges.

If you purchased a subscription that you no longer want, you can cancel the subscription."

This Apple Support page has the full details: View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support

Please let us know if you have further questions.

Cheers!

Thank you for your response.

I did what you asked me to do and my balance still does not appear, I am worried about buying iTunes cards because I don't know if my money will disappear.

As a suggestion, Apple should present a place where one can see the introduction of money to iTunes and how money is being removed from the purchases, something like the banks present it. An account statement.
