Apple Watch

Haven’t used my Apple Watch in a while and it won’t turn on,

keeps flickering then I try to reset it and it comes up with an exclamation mark saying to go on the Apple site for support?

many ideas?

Apple Watch won't charge or turn on My Apple Watch won't charge and it won't turn on. When I place it on the charger it shows as if it is and when I try to power on the apple appears but then the screen turns black. At one point a red exclamation mark appeared with a circle around it. I am stuck on how to fix it.
