Apple watch series 6 blinking logo

My Apple watch series 6 flashing blinking apple logo whith charging & without charging. Won’t turn ON. Just rebooting again & again.

so kindly help me out

Force-restart your Apple Watch

Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown until the screen turns black and the Apple logo reappears, then release both buttons. Your watch may take a few moments to restart.
