My Apple ID is disabled. I am not able to change password

If it is disabled in iTunes and App Store, changing your password won't help. You will need to contact Apple Support. Apple has a support article that explains what to do when an Apple ID is locked or disabled. Click on the following link: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
