Can’t play Apple Arcade games even with subscription

I started my free trial yesterday (02/05/23) and I was able to download a game but when I click on play or the app icon there will be a pause and then a menu comes up saying “your request is taking longer than usual”. I have the iPhone XR and I’ve the latest iOS update. How do fix this?

"How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later


Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.


Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.


To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."


Also, are you connected to Wi-Fi when this occurs? Does it occur on other Wi-Fi networks?
