Disable Sleep Schedule Wake Up Alarm on Apple Watch
Recently I have been having an issue with my Apple Watch & my Wake Up Alarm where the Alarm will ring too quietly (arm is under pillow, covers, or far away) and won’t wake me. This wouldn’t happen, of course, if the alarm would just ring on my iPhone instead, but there doesn’t seem to be an easy fix to this.
Several solutions were provided in a similar post’s answer here: Disable/Un-sync Sleep/Wake Up Alarm on Ap… - Apple Community, but they aren’t really good solutions to the issue, the first one recommends turning off the alarm from the sleep app on the Apple Watch, which actually ends up turning off the alarm for the entire sleep schedule, which means it won’t ring on the iPhone either. The other solution suggests going into the Watch app to Settings > Sleep and pressing “Don’t use this Watch for Sleep”, which also disables sleep tracking, which I don’t want to do. I’ve also tried the “Push Alerts from iPhone” option in the Apple Watch Clock settings, which doesn’t seem to apply to the Wake Up Alarm.
Are there any other solutions that could work? I feel like this should be an easy fix, I can’t imagine there only being a few people who only want Wake Up Alarms on their iPhones and not their watches.
Thanks in advance!
