I cant redeem my e gift card. I suspect my phone has different region. Although I have checked icloud.com website shows I am on UK region but when I try to check from phone itself it says I need to cancel Apple music to change. But how do I check it? The reason I wonder is when I tried to contact customer service from message it says this service is not available in my region. Any suggestions how I can redeem my gift card?
