Watch refers to me with a name not my own.
My recently purchased watch calls me Darlene. My name is Pamela. How do I fix this?

At what point or with which app does it call you by name?
If it is fitness activities, does it have your correct name in Watch app, My Watch, Health?
In the Watch, Settings is the first thing on the list your name ie your Apple ID details?
