Can I get an appointment with someone to help me with my storage?

I need help with the storage on my mac pro. It is almost out of storage, and the majority of the storage is taken up by the systems. I have very little on the computer. I utilize ICloud and other storage options. I have trouble shot with tech about a month ago and was unable to make an appointment to further the trouble shooting. I can go into a apple store or do it online. Please let me know how to get an appointment.

I'd suggest you contact Apple support; you can use the link in the lower let corner. The problem is that this category is managed by the OS and you cannot do a lot. One thing is to thin out Time machine snap shots and then restart - that usually helps.

And, by the way, we are all other users and you cannot make appointments here.
