Apple doesn't sell parts (except batteries and screens with some of the newest model iPhones) for such an old phone as you have. And for such an old iPhone, they likely won't offer any service options if the device is broken as an iPhone 5s is considered Vintage and Obsolete at this point.

But you can do as pogster suggests and take your phone to the Genius Bar at your Apple Store or visit an Apple Authorized Service Provder and see if they are willing or able to offer any service options to your device.
