1.) Manually update the app.
2.) Add a payment method.
3.) Resolve a problem with your payment method.
4.) Prioritize the download. From the Home Screen, touch and hold the app. From the menu that appears, choose Prioritize Download.
5.) Restart your iPhone.
You also want to make sure that the app and services are available in your region. Google Pay availability does vary per region. Click here to confirm if your region is supported: Countries or regions where you can make payments with Google
