Realice una petición de reembolso porque adquirí un producto que no me funciona y no me quieren devolver mi dinero

el 2 de febrero compre una suscripción, la cual no funciona correctamente en la aplicación que la compre, estoy solicitando el reembolso porque literalmente no me funciona como debe ser y no me quieren devolver mi dinero, me dicen que es no reembolsable, cuando literalmente no me está funcionando en la aplicación, quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero

We are all other users and cannot give you a refund. You can try it once more, but it Apple decides against it, there is nothing you can do - the terms say that all purchases are final. You can try it again though,


You can also try to report a problem if it is not working


Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
